How to Return a Product

Contact us Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm Pacific Time at 909-622-7668 to receive a Facsco Return Merchandise Authorization (FRMA) number.

 

Once you have an FRMA, print it on the packing slip AND label and return to:

We will contact you with any questions we have or if there is an issue with your refund.

 

Once we receive the returned product, we will either send you a replacement, email you with your store credit code, or contact you to discuss the replacement or credit options with you.

Please call us with any concern for all other inquiries and special circumstances not mentioned or explained in this return policy page.

1). Day – are you returning the product within 15 days from the date of delivery, or returning it within 15-30 days from the date of delivery?

 

0 – 15 – you are returning it within 15 days from the date of delivery

 

16 – 30 – you are returning it within 15-30 days from the date of delivery

 

2). Condition – Is the product unused, minimally used, or heavily used?

 

Unused – product is in resalable condition, including unmarked, undamaged, and complete packaging

 

Minimal Usage – we determine that the product was not used in a way that would void the manufacturer's warranty; otherwise known as in “good working condition”

 

Heavy Usage – we determine that the product was used in a way that would void the manufacturer’s warranty and is in unsellable condition

 

3). Reason – Is the product faulty or not faulty?

 

Faulty – something is wrong with the product

 

Not faulty – any other reason besides being faulty

 

4). Our Diagnosis – is product faulty or not faulty? (We choose one option.)

 

Faulty – something really is wrong with the product

 

Not faulty – something is not really wrong with the product
